All information, data and personal details shared with PepFit will be subject to a Privacy Policy, GDPR Law and will be held securely in digital format, on a device not accessible to the internet or any other person, group or business. 

The only person able to access to the data held about an individual, group, organisation, charity or business will be Layla Peploe of PepFit, as required in line with the needs of the business.

Privacy Policy undertaking adjustment, will be available as soon as possible, in the mean time, standard law practice for business' will apply in the absence of the details appearing on the website.

As PepFit is registered with HMRC as a Sole Trader, there is no company number required to trade.

Terms and Conditions

PepFit reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of Alcohol and Recreational Drugs, and in some circumstances Prescribed Medications. This is due to the nature of the business involving fitness and exercise, and for the purposes of insurance. You will forfeit any payments made in these circumstances.

PepFit reserves the right to refuse service to an individual, group or organisation, if it is deemed that providing this would be detrimental to the business, or unsafe for the service user. PepFit also reserves the right to refuse service without providing justification.

Any queries or issues regarding PepFit should be first brought to our attention, by contacting us through email. We reserve the right to take legal action against anyone attempting to defame or bad-mouth the business, brand or owner, especially if they have not sought resolution through ourselves first.

PepFit reserves the right to cancel, amend or change any of the information regarding the business, as well as the operation hours, locations and products available. Any cancellations or amendments made by PepFit will be the only circumstances in which payments will be refunded, if a transfer is not available or appropriate.

PepFit will operate at all times, in accordance with the law and HMRC.

These terms and conditions are subject to review and if necessary, change, to keep in line with the needs of the business.

GDPR - All data held will be confidential and only available to Layla Peploe of PepFit. PepFit does, however, reserve the right to speak to 3rd parties if there is an issue of safety, concern or safeguarding that they are aware of, or is brought to their attention. It is their duty of care to ensure all service users are kept safe and free from harm at all PepFit classes and events, as well as beyond.

PepFit, the logo, name, brand and all associated products are the intellectual property of Layla Peploe, and are not available for use by any other person, group or organisation without expressed written permissions.

Layla Peploe is the only person permitted to use, create or distribute anything to do with PepFit, with the exception of post sharing, link sharing and traffic driving support, for the positive benefit of PepFit, on social media channels, online, in-person and through media channels.

These are not the full or comprehensive Terms & Conditions, which are being finalised, and will be published once complete, but the details listed above will apply at all times, and throughout the term of the business. Terms and Conditions as outlined as needed by law, although not fully listed currently, are also applicable to PepFit.

How do I book?

Message the page stating the class you wish to attend & and pay via Paypal or Bank Transfer. Bookings for the week ahead open after a class finishes.

I’m so unfit! Will I keep up!?

Yes! These classes are designed to build up your fitness. You can take it as fast/slow as you need! You can sit out of routines and have a rest if you need to, or you can dance the whole class! It takes at least 8 weeks to see a change, so commitment is key, rather than starting fitness levels.

How old do I need to be?

Our classes aimed at everyone ages 14+, however younger people are welcome to come along too!

If you bring a child to watch, they will need to be supervised by you. No loud devices or running around during class.

Children under 14 can join in, they will also be charged £4.

I can’t dance! Will I be okay?

Yes of course you will be absolutely fine. 

These classes are about fitness, dancing is the element of fun, so it really doesn't matter if you feel like you have two left feet! Each routine is repetitive throughout, so you can learn faster, and each one challenges you in a different way, either a little bit of fancy footwork, a higher intensity throughout, or adding in a few moves to make it a little more difficult that way! There are also modifications for each routine, so if you can’t get a move, there’s an alternative you can do! As long as you’re moving, you’re doing it right!

What do I wear and do I need to bring anything?

As long as you have a good pair of trainers on (You can't dance barefoot, in heels, sandals etc.) you can wear ANYTHING you feel comfortable in. It gets really warm and sweaty - you may want to keep this in mind.

A towel is always a good extra option!

Always bring plenty of water! There will always be somewhere you can refill a bottle or access water if you forget your bottle!

You can use light wrist/ankle weights if you want to enhance your workout, however please DO NOT bring resistance bands.

I’m lacking confidence - I really want to come but I’m scared!

We’ve all been there, and we aim to build your confidence! Mental health comes first and your physical health will improve when you’re feeling good about yourself. If you’re nervous, drop me a message and let’s work out how best to help you get yourself to your first class!

What if I've booked in but can't make it?

Not a problem! I always offer you a transfer to the next class you can come, once in every rolling 5 weeks*. You do not have to decide straight away when you are coming, I will 'bank' a class for you to use - however once used, it cannot be transferred again. *one transfer allowed every 5 weeks, if you cancel more than once within that period, you will forfeit any booking payment.
