Subscribe to a weekly playlist of PepFit routines, so you can workout in your own time!

Perfect for those with busy lives who need to do more for themselves, or for those who can't make it to the in-person classes, to be able to join the fun of PepFit's DanceFit classes.

Each week, I will curate a playlist that gives you minimum 20 mins of DanceFit exercise, plus cooling down and stretching! As its recommended to try and do 20 mins if exercise per day, why not make that dancing?!

So you'll get 5-6 routines minimum for the main workout, and then 8-10 min cooldown! You will be able to access and use the routines for that week and the next week a new playlist will become available! Expect each week to follow up with the previous, you will get a mix of routines to work out your whole body. Each week you will get a mix of new routines and ones from the previous week. The reason for this is the same as why we keep a set playlist (mostly) for a few weeks at a time at the in-person classes, to maximise your workout by giving you points of success and points to try again or try harder. Familiarity and repetition are key elements of exercise, challenge is another, so your weekly subscription will cover everything you need!

It will be a weekly subscription, which will be updated every Sunday evening, and new passwords generated, so only those subscribing will have access. The private PepFit facebook group will have more information and places for discussion amongst PepFit subscribers too! So even if you're at home on your own, you'll still be connected to the amazing PepFit community!
